This home page is where information for players and parents will be posted for your review. It is important to check this site often as it will be updated regularily with practice information, schedule changes, fundraising information and other dates and points of interest. If you have any suggestions for content on this site please email Coach Zilinek. Also, if you have any photos or articles you would like to share, please email them as well.

TEAM CAPTAINS
Team captains were voted on by the returning players at the conclusion of last season and have been approved by the coaching staff.
The team captains for the 2012 season are Michael Frankenfield, Michael Plummer, Kyle Stillwagon and Jackson Sole. Congratulations to all of our captains for this season.
Field Location
Our practices are held on the field next to the Teitelman school.
We will be playing our games on the Lacrosse field that they play football on at the Freeman Douglas Recreation Complex, located next to the High School on Route 9. There is a path to the complex for the players to use. It is located behind the High School next to the Varsity Baseball field.

Team Stats
You can find league standings and player stats for every team in the Cape-Atlantic Conference on Max-Preps. Go to the links page and click on Max-Preps. This will take you directly to the Cape-Atlantic Page, from there you can view any team
**** We still have a few logo t-shirts, hats, shorts and shooting shirts left from previous seasons. If you would like to purchase anything please contact coach for the available sizes and prices.
***** Equipment *****
If you want to purchase some of your own equipment feel free to do so. According to the rules helmets and gloves worn must be of matching colors for the entire team. Our team wears black gloves as well as black helmets with a carolina blue visor and chin guard. We use the Cascade CPX helmet, although any matching helmet is ok. Please check with Coach Zilinek first before you purchase a helmet. Lacrosse International and Great Atlantic Lacrosse both have good online stores. Go to the links page and check them out. Also, locally there is Just Sports in Cape May Courthouse, Lacrosse Republic in Deptford Township as well as Dick Sports in Hamilton Township. These stores offer a good selection as well.
***New Players***
New players need to fill out the player information form found under "Forms" and send back to coach Zilinek. We would like to keep a database of all player email addresses. This will be helpful in updating parents and players with late changes and reminders. You can do this by copying the form and pasting it in the link below "To Email Coach Zilinek", fill in the form and click send. Be sure and put "player information" in the subject line.
